Agile Fast Start Programme

The Fast Start Programme enables your team to get up and running quickly, and begin to adopt an Agile mindset. By the end of the programme your team will:

  • Be self-organising.
  • Understand Agile fundamentals and how to apply Agile practices and techniques.
  • Have some clarity on the vision for the product - the “why?”
  • Have an agreed set of measurable outcomes that the team are all focused and aligned on delivering

Agile Scaling

We will help you with your strategy and approach to scale Agile across your organisation. This includes setting up a Ways of Working hub that becomes a central place for knowledge, governance and expert guidance for your Agile teams.

Stage 1 - Pilot Projects
  • Analyse the organisation, identify where to start, and choose a set of pilot projects for your Agile journey.
  • These pilots will uncover common issues and constraints, clearing the path for subsequent projects.
Stage 2 - WoW Hub
  • Build a central Ways of Working (WoW) hub to provide support for both new and existing teams, and ensure consistency and alignment as you scale.
  • The hub will include capability for governance, learning and development, team onboarding, communities, expertise and coaching, comms and awareness, people and finance
Stage 3 - Onboard New Squads
  • Begin to scale by onboarding more teams to Agile ways of working, using the Fast Start programme to get started and build capability quickly.
  • These new teams can take advantage of the resources and support available through the WoW Hub, learning from one another to continuously improve throughout their Agile journey.
Stage 4 - Org/Product Strategy
  • For the Agile journey to scale across the whole organisation, the teams and products need to align with the wider organisational strategy and vision.
  • Measurable outcomes at the team and product level need to inform and contribute to the vision and outcomes that have been set at the very top of the organisation.
